ORDERING
Canadian Construction Products sells products to individuals on a bulk or large quantity basis and therefore pricing may not always be posted.
Pricing is subject to quantity ordered and availability of raw stock to make product. Canadian Construction Products makes every attempt to keep pricing consistent from year to year.
Discounts are available based on speed of payment.

SHIPPING
Products are shipped in large quantity as F.O.B. from the manufacturer. Canadian Construction products does carry limited stock of items F.O.B. Surrey or Langley, British Columbia Canada.
Canadian Construction Products can provide shipping at an additional cost or shipping can be arranged by the customer with our office. |

FIELD SUPPORT
Field support for product installation is available upon request or by requirement of the manufacturer. It is recommended field support for product installation be obtained by the customer for large quantity orders or first time orders. Support is provided by the manufacturer or arranged through Canadian Construction Products. |

AUTHORIZED INSTALLERS
Some products sold by Canadian Construction Products require an authorized installer. These products are often specialty products which require a trained crew to properly install. Please inquire if an authorized installer is required for your product of interest if it is not specified. |

SAMPLES
Samples of products are available upon request. Most samples are free of charge but delivery may be at the responsibility of the customer. Contact our office for further details and allow 2 weeks for delivery. |
